I understand how it feels

My passion for helping others feel confident in their skin and at home in their body comes from deeply personal experiences. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and feel frustrated. In my teens, 20s, and even 30s, I struggled with stubborn acne that impacted both my self-esteem and my understanding of skincare. That journey taught me the importance of consistency, the power of the right products, and the need for a personalized approach to skin health.

I also understand what it’s like to be in pain. Surviving a life-altering car accident, where my car flipped end over end and left my back sprained in every direction, changed the way I see healing. Chronic pain became a part of my daily life, but I refused to let it define me. I turned to bodywork and functional exercise to realign my body and relieve my pain, and over time, I regained balance and strength. That experience gave me firsthand insight into how physical pain can affect every aspect of your life—and how deeply rewarding the journey to recovery can be.
