Prenatal massage helps more than just pain.

I am going to be a panel speaker at the After the Flowers Fade event

Prenatal & Postpartum Support

This weekend I will be a panel member at the After the Flowers fade event, we will be speaking to women in all phases of motherhood to help support mentally, physically and emotionally. I’ll be speaking about my prenatal massage services and how they help with not just pain but also helps support your body and it continues to grow and prep your body for labor and delivery. A lot of my clients become pregnant while they are seeing me for massage so its never too early to come in for a prenatal massage although most people start coming in after their first trimester.

Postpartum Massage

Postpartum massage is so beneficial after delivery because it helps your body recover whether its a natural birth or c section. Delivery even when it goes smoothly can be very traumatic for the body and massage helps the body with the recovery. Another element of postpartum massage is supporting your body from the neck and shoulder strain of feeding and carrying your newborn especailly as they grow.

It’s a topic not often talked about

I love sharing my experience on this topic because it’s not often talked about but has been so beneficial for all my postpartum clients not only to help with their body but its a nice break to step away from your little one and enter a quite space where you are the one thats being nurtured.
